This Notice explains how we obtain, use and disclose your personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).

We collect and process your personal information mainly to contact you for the purposes of understanding your requirements, and delivering services accordingly.  For this purpose, we will collect contact details including your name and email address.

We collect information directly from you where you provide us with your personal details.  Where possible, we will inform you what information you are required to provide to us and what information is optional.

Website usage information may be collected using “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information.

 

How we use your information

We will use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and agreed with you.  In addition, where necessary your information may be retained for legal or research purposes.

Your Rights: Access to information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply contact us at the numbers/addresses as provided on our website and specify what information you require.  We will need a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before providing details of your personal information.

Please note that any such access request may be subject to a payment of a legally allowable fee.   

 

Correction of your information

You have the right to ask us to update, correct or delete your personal information. We will require a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before making changes to personal information we may hold about you. We would appreciate it if you would keep your personal information accurate.

 

Definition of personal information

According to the Act ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.  Further to the POPI Act, ANYTHING BEAUTIFUL PTY LTD also includes the following items as personal information:

  • All addresses including residential, postal and email addresses.
  • Change of name – for which we require copies of the marriage certificate or official change of name

PRIVACY POLICY

Anything Beautiful shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal
information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

REFUND POLICY

We are fully CPA Compliant. Our 7-day return policy, means you have 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return items to us at the buyer’s expense. However, if you are exchanging for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as f flowers, or plants, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Anything Beautiful Pty Ltd is a business that sells ladies clothing, accessories, ceramics, and decor items.

2. DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within three days and delivery confirmed by way of an email containing the waybill number of the courier service. The cost is as per checkout. Click here for more info.

2.1 SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFO
Items will be shipped from Parys via various shipping methods:
1. Door to Door – The Courier Guy alternatively Postnet
2. In the case of items to be shipped to an outlying area, I will make use of PAXI to deliver to the nearest PEP Store.

3. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Anything Beautiful (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Anything Beautiful will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee. Please see below for our Delivery Policy.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, EFT or by bank transfer into Anything Beautiful ‘s bank account, the details of which will be provided on  request. Other payment gateways are Yoco and Payfast.

5. CARD TRANSACTIONS
Card transactions will be acquired for Anything Beautiful via Payfast ( PTY) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks.

6. CUSTOMER DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Anything Beautiful Pty Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site.

7. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

8. RESPONSIBILITY
Anything Beautiful takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

9. COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Anything Beautiful chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 83 Bree Street, Parys, 9585, Free State.

10. VARIATION
Anything Beautiful ( PTY) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11. THIRD PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. It may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

16. RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns will be accepted for an exchange or full refund for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please Note:
Any product on SALE is NOT returnable.
The original order’s shipping/courier/postage fee of R99.00 is never refundable.
The product must still be in its original format (not worn/washed, damaged etc.)

Shipping method for return:

Return costs are for your account and thus your responsibility. If you want to exchange an item, we will cover the delivery cost to send the exchanged item to you. You can deposit R99.00 into our bank account and we will arrange with our courier company to pick up the item/s at the delivered address. Please notify us by email that you are taking this route.

The above also applies if you want to return a product for a refund. If you paid through Payfast, the transaction fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. We will refund the return shipping costs if items are returned due to a result of an error on our side or if you received a defective item.

Please allow up to 10 days for a return to get processed. Once your return has been inspected and processed, allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your bank account or for the exchange item to be sent.
